Treats made at Beloved Bake Shop are made in a home kitchen and are therefore made with low risk food ingredients (not requiring refrigeration). It is best to keep cupcakes in a cool place (not the fridge) and protected from pets, dust, small children, etc.  Cupcakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. All treats are best consumed up to 3 days after pick up (if they last that long!). Should you have leftover cupcakes or need to pick them up in advance of your event, they can certainly be frozen and will keep moist if stored in a sealed container in the freezer. Ensure frozen cupcakes are placed on the counter to come to room temperature 1-2 hours prior to consumption. Do not place cupcakes or treats in direct sunlight as the real butter used in the recipes and buttercream is likely to melt.

All payments are made through Square via our online ordering portal. Square allows for Visa, MC, Amex, and many other companies.

Beloved Bake Shop provide orders for pick up only. One of the conditions of the City of Calgary development approval is that Beloved Bake Shop will not have dine-in services or walk-up orders.

It may be possible that I could fit in a last minute order. Please contact me via the chat, contact form, or via email (belovedbakeshopyyc@gmail.com)((belovedbakeshopyyc@gmail.com) to find out if I can accommodate your request. Beloved Bake Shop reserves the right to charge a $25 fee on rush/late/exception/accommodation orders (ex. request for order pick up on a non-pick up day or an order Beloved Bake Shop accommodates when already booked).

Beloved Bake Shop would love to provide cupcakes or sweet treats for your upcoming wedding. Perhaps you would like a bouquet that is a recreation of your bridal bouquet . Instead of buying and creating table centre pieces for your reception, you could order our floral bouquets that service as a centrepiece and a dessert! You could also have cupcake bouquets for bridal showers, bachelorettes, gift openings, or rehearsal dinners. If you are looking for sweet treats for your big day or the days leading up to that day, please fill out one of our online request forms so we can discuss how we can help you "Be United" or "Be Loved" with our baked goods.

Beloved Bake Shop is a small home-baking business that dedicates substantial time and effort into each and every order. The bespoke nature of my floral cupcakes and sweet treats require high quality ingredients and significant attention to detail not typically given at large scale operations and grocery stores. My cupcakes are "jumbo" size, rather than standard, which creates the delicious balance of cake to buttercream. I strive to use sustainable packaging and supplies to reduce my impact on the environment (ex. windowless bakery boxes, re-usable piping bags, raffia ribbon, kraft paper, etc). These prices allow me to provide this high quality product and experience for my customers.
