With Thanksgiving just a week away, this workshop is the perfect chance to create stunning buttercream flowers you can freeze and bring straight to your gathering table. Whether you've never held a piping bag or just want a refresher, I'll guide you through every step. What We're Making: 🌼 Rusty Red Gerbera Daisy — Bold, layered petals in a rich, rustic red that captures the feeling of fall in full swing. 🌹 Rosettes (x3) — Simple, elegant swirls that are as satisfying to pipe as they are to look at — a technique you'll use again and again. 🌷 Mini Tulips — Delicate, dainty blooms piped in warm fall colours using Russian piping tips — a lovely contrast to the bolder flowers on the cupcake. What's Included: - 6 freshly-baked cupcakes, ready for your artistic touch - All the buttercream you'll need in warm autumn-inspired hues - Professional decorating tools for use throughout the class - Step-by-step guidance so you always know exactly what to do next - A white bakery box to transport your creations home - Refreshments to keep the creativity flowing - A follow-up email with piping tip and tool lists, where to purchase, the colour palette - used, plus buttercream and cupcake recipes I've taught over 400 participants, and it's one of my favourite parts of this work — watching someone realize what they're capable of creating.
