Hey there, returning decorators! 🍂 You've got the basics down. You know the piping bag doesn't bite. Now you're ready for the flowers that make people stop and stare — and that's exactly what we're creating together. Join me for an afternoon of Intermediate Buttercream Artistry in rich autumn shades. This one is for decorators ready to level up. 📅 Saturday, September 19th, 2026 ⏰ 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM 📍 Dalhousie Community Centre | 5432 Dalhart Road NW This session is for you if you've completed one of my workshops or have solid buttercream experience. We'll skip the buttercream basics and move into the more challenging work. Here's what we're making: 🌹 Petal Rose — A full, layered rose with individual petals and a beautiful finish. 🌸 Dahlia — Intricate, layered, show-stopping. One of those flowers that earns a gasp when you pull it out of the box. 🌻 Realistic Sunflower — More realistic than the leaf-tip versions you may have seen, with depth, dimension, and petals that actually look like petals. All in glorious autumn hues. For $110, your afternoon includes: -4 pre-baked cupcakes -Premium buttercream in a warm autumn colour palette -Professional decorating tools -Hands-on instruction from an instructor who's guided 400+ students -A white bakery box for your masterpieces -Refreshing beverages -2.5 hours of focused, small-group learning I won't sugarcoat it: these flowers take more practice than you might expect, and your first attempt may not be perfect. That's exactly why I make the group smaller — so I can work closely with each of you and help you get there. Because this workshop requires prior experience, our pool is smaller — a minimum of 6 students is required for it to run.
